Meet Your Guides: Samantha Vermeulen and Kerrith O'Fee

Samantha Vermeulen is the founder of SLV Yoga and brings a passion for wellness that has transformed the lives of many. Born and nurtured in the rich landscapes of Cape Town, South Africa, Samantha's teachings are deeply rooted in the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Her expertise spans across 200hr RYTT, Yin, Pregnancy, Pranayama, Kids, and Aerial Yoga, enriched with unique training in Yoga Massage techniques.

Kerrith O'Fee is the founder and director of Victoria Falls Yoga and serves as a wellness coordinator. Kerrith's journey into yoga began during her school years, initially drawn by its physical benefits but soon discovering its profound impact on mental health and personal resilience. Completing her 200hr YTT in 2019 alongside her Psychology Degrees, Kerrith has dedicated herself to promoting wellness, utilizing her deep understanding of psychology, industrial psychology, and mindfulness practices. Since moving to Victoria Falls in 2020, she has launched a wellness brand that has achieved international acclaim, creating spaces for transformation and reflection within the stunning African bush.

Retreat Itinerary:

•⁠ ⁠Day 1: Arrive at Victoria Falls Airport and start your retreat with a guided tour of the magnificent Victoria Falls, followed by a peaceful evening at Shongwe Oasis or similar.

•⁠ ⁠Day 2: Begin your day with "Yoga on the Zambezi," an enriching 2-hour morning cruise featuring a yoga session led by Kerrith, set against the backdrop of the tranquil river and lush landscapes. Enjoy a nourishing continental breakfast before heading to Botswana for an exciting boat cruise and game drive in Chobe National Park, settling down at Munga Plains for the night.

•⁠ ⁠Day 3-6: Immerse yourself in daily yoga sessions with Samantha and Kerrith, complemented by safari excursions and evenings under the African stars at Munga Plains.
