About the retreat

Some experiences are once-in-a-lifetime. This is one of them.

Botswana & Zimbabwe hold one of the world's true wonders — and one of the last truly wild landscapes on Earth. Endless plains, ancient baobabs, elephant herds moving as they have for thousands of years. Early explorers called places like this THE PLACE OF MIRACLES. Stand here once, and you understand why.

UNTAMED is built for that kind of waking up: red earth under bare feet, a waterfall powerful enough to rearrange your sense of scale, nights so dark the stars feel close enough to touch.

Seven nights, in one of the most extraordinary landscapes on the planet — combining Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation with wide open space for rest, good food, and laughter.

This retreat is about joy — the sheer pleasure of being alive, the lightness we so easily lose in everyday life. All levels and ages are warmly welcome. You'll leave nourished with something that lasts for years.

About the retreat
Nicole Schöngart

Your Teacher

iiNicole Schöngart

Nicole spent decades building a successfull, international career in architecture and project development, living and working across Australia, Indonesia, and Southern Europe. Yoga, watersports, and time in nature - especially in Africa - stayed always close to her throughout.

When the world stood still during the pandemic, Nicole was juggling a high-performing career, raising a child, and trying to hold it all together - telling herself, as so many of us do, that self-care could wait. Until her body said stop, it was finally asking for what it had needed all along. The turning point came during a retreat in Mallorca, meant to help her recover from Long-Covid exhaustion. It became something so much bigger than recovery.

Following an inner calling, Nicole chose to step away from the corporate world to fully dedicate herself to study and practice physical and mental wellbeing. She became a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, and trained further in breathwork, meditation, Reiki, ceremonial cacao, and crystal singing bowls.

Today, she brings all of it into every retreat she leads - a life lived with intention and a deep desire to support others on their own path to sustainable wellbeing and authentic joy.

„Her presence is both radiant and grounded - She doesn't teach yoga. She creates spaces where transformation becomes unavoidable.“
