Post-extension

The wild, continued.

After your retreat at Munga Plains, a mobile safari extension heads deeper into the Okavango through Savuti, Khwai, and Moremi. Four- or six-night options, a tented camp that moves with you, and a bush flight back to Kasane to close.

What it is

A camp that moves

Under canvas, deeper in the wild.

A mobile safari is exactly what it sounds like — a full tented camp that travels with you, pitched in a fresh location each night. Meals cooked over open fire, game drives at dawn, sundowners in the bush, stars you don’t see from cities.

Two tiers are available. Standard camps run up to 9 guests per vehicle with shared bathrooms; premium camps are more intimate — up to 6 guests per vehicle, private en-suites in every tent.

The route

Savuti, Khwai, Moremi — then a bush flight home.

Savuti

Predator country

Part of Chobe National Park, but feels like another planet. Lion prides, leopards, elephant herds along the Savuti Channel. Reached by road from Munga Plains.

Khwai

The river concession

Community-run land along the Khwai River, on the northern edge of the Okavango. Leopards, wild dogs, and some of the best walking country in Botswana.

Moremi

Into the Delta

Moremi Game Reserve, the heart of the Okavango. Water channels, floodplains, game on the islands. The last stop before the flight home.

Bush flight

Moremi → Kasane

Every extension closes with a bush flight from the airstrip in Moremi back to Kasane airport. Low over the delta, an hour in the air, an arrival right back where the retreat circle began.

Four or six nights

Two options

Pick the length of the wild.

Four nights. One or two nights in each camp through Savuti, Khwai, and Moremi. A tight arc that covers the full range without rushing a single day.

Six nights. Two nights in each camp. More time in each landscape, more game drives, a slower rhythm. The difference is felt, not listed.
